Gift Health Plus is a New Jersey, USA based organization with a mission to help provide holistic and high quality healthcare to rural communities in Nigeria during our free medical missions.
We are committed to helping build sustainable health facilities in rural Nigeria that are equipped to manage most diseases endemic to these communities.

We are partnering with local communities, churches and credible non-governmental organizations to refurbish and upgrade existing health facilities or build new ones to meet their needs.
Our long term goal is to facilitate a network of rural health centers that can collaborate on care giving and share resources including providers and specialized equipment.
The organization has donated medical equipment and supplies to health centers in rural Nigeria. We have also engaged professionals to conduct provider training at the rural health centers. We have conducted annual medical missions to Africa in the last 3 years with a team of at least 15 people. We have donated at least 1000 lbs of medications and medical supplies on these missions.

Golden Impact Award to Chamberlain Nwanne

Golden Hope Foundation, a Chicago IL based non-profit organization recently conferred a Golden Impact Award on Mr Chamberlain Nwanne.
The award was in recognition of his selfless efforts in serving the African diaspora community within the New York Tri-state area. In presenting the award, Mrs Beatrice Egbulefu, President of Golden Hope Foundation also commended his efforts at organizing free annual medical missions to the poor in rural Africa.

Mental Health Services

No health without mental health !
In most African communities, mental health is seen as a peripheral and isolated issue. Minimal mental health awareness as well as social stigma attached to its diagnosis, has meant that in much of Africa communities mental illness is a hidden issue.
Gift Health Plus seeks to address identified mental health stigma among African diaspora communities in the United States.
We create awareness and make relevant information available to African diaspora communities that do not have access to this information.
